How long does my order take to ship?

Orders shipped within the Netherlands typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please don’t hesitate to contact me at studiolisasmit@gmail.com. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request!

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95 per order for all sizes. For packages that include an A3+ item, I will cover any remaining shipping costs. Additionally, I offer free personal delivery in most zip codes in The Hague for orders of €20 or more.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy? 

If you’d like to return an order within 14 days, please email me at studiolisasmit@gmail.com. I am happy to provide store credit for returns.
